Sansa Shaker 512Mb Pink MP3 Player - I bought this MP3 player as a present for my son's 3rd birthday and he loves it - he never puts it down and has it with him all the time. The player is intended for children aged 8 or over, but it is perfect for my son. It is sturdy, easy to use, has a reasonably good output from its speaker and whilst the batteries are concealed so that my son can't find them, they are easy to remove and do not require a screwdriver.

Just recieved one of these as a present for my 4yr old daughter, really impressed.
Its well built, small and very simple to use.
It has a removal SD memory card makes it a cinch to upgrade the capacity and add mp3's
2 Headphone sockets
External speaker which is surprisingly loud and clear.
Rating: - Kids love this thing, and it is very easy to use
I got one of these for my son, who loves it. So I got one for my nephew, who also loves it. On buying one for one of my nieces the other niece also seemed to take a shine to it so now both nieces have one. It has been a great success.
It is very easy to use. It takes SD cards so can be upgraded to larger memory sizes. This also makes it easy to transfer files from a computer if you have an SD card slot (you don't have to use the cable).

Rating:  - Beware!!
I bought this product for my daughter, as she loves the current pop songs. Beware anybody who buys this and wants to download modern, current chart music onto it. This music is protected and also downloads as WMA files, which are not compatible with this MP3 player (will only take MP3 and WAV files, which covers a lot of tracks if you go through emusic.com, but nothing up-to-date).
You can download a converter to unprotect these files and convert them, but it's a lengthy procedure so ... Read More
