worked for about 2 months, but then isn't recognised by any computer, turns on once and then freezes.

ive had it for about 9 months.
its only frozen a couple of times.
but this morning, it was fully charged and i only managed to listen to 2 and a half songs before there was no battery left and it died. maybe its my fault, i could have overcharged it or something but i dont think so. dont bother buying it.

Great when they work but so far I am on my fourth, one wasn't even fully assembled when I aopened the packet. Returns haven't been a problem and the company is apologetic. on the whole its not been worth it.

Excellent value for money. This product will not disappoint and gives great audio and visual output. Easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Hi atmt cutomers.
I had the 1GB model in 2007 for my birthday. After 9 months of useage mine did the same as most others. It died. Wouldnot turn on or even charge. Thats when i read other reviews and decided to contact atmt. They were very quick on answering my call and told me to press reset and sure enough it worked. So if u think yours is broken for no reason RESET is the answer. Not returning product.
