Rating:  - best mp3 player i ever had
I bought this mp3 player looking for something small I can have in my pocket not worry about getting scratched and i got it. its so simple to use it just plugs in as a removable hard drive and it can even be used in both mac and pc unlike ipods which require you to pick which one you want to devote it to when you buy it. its cheap and its great for the gym.

Beware of Creative customer care.
I recently contacted them with a problem with my MP3 player.
Basically, although it worked fine and was fully loaded with my whole music and video collection, I couldn't add any further content to it.
Customer care took me through a diagnostic process which ended with a instructions to completely reformat the machine, stripping it of its operating system.

I bought this nearly a year ago in Oct 2007 , and have just upgraded to another zen product with more memory as i was so impressed with this product.
Am totally impressed by this little MP3 player.
ADVANTAGES:
* price - is even cheaper than when i got it, I paid 21.50 and would pay it again.
* Asthetics - pretty in pink ;), tiny, lightweight yet sturdy (i managed to put it thru the washing machine and the quality is still top class).

What do i look for when i get an mp3 player.
even though i am young i still like my gadgets simple and easy to use. i want something small and practical, something that won't break if you drop it and finally to play the music with no fuss. like i say this meets my demands and hopefully will yours.
Rating: - Superb - better than I expected and tiny!
This is a superb product and exceeded my expectations of it. It's tiny has a long battery life and does everything it whould very well and as an added bonus looks great too.
