Bought a H140 mp3 player. Went wrong. No one to speak to.
i-River took forever to answer multiple e-mails.
Eventually sent off to I-river in Germany for repair.
Sent back to me with a note saying `customer did not answer cost estimate.
FUNNY!!!! I never received a single contact. Now going in the trash as a lost cause.

Rating: - A great but not perfect little device
This is a great little audio/video player. It is not perfect but it does most of the things I wanted and I'm glad I bought it.
The Good:
* Out of the box it plays Ogg Vorbis files beautifully. It also supports FLAC (great for classical/jazz) and a range of legacy formats like MP3.
* It works perfectly under Linux, just plug it in and you can sync your music with amarok without any problem.

I bought this new X20 because my older iPod that I got in 2003 only lasts about an hour on a full charge, and freezes constantly. I got mine from warehouse123 last week. The player is not expensive but very much improved than the ipod I have. It has very good video clarity. Excellent music fidelity, very user friendly especially the scroll wheel feature!
