the software that comes with this product is a headache on a disk! you have to fath about downloading programs of the internet so your p.c will reconise the player. in the end I gave up and gave it my girlfriend for christmas because it was so complicatied to workout. maybe if your a complete computer geek you'll be able to get it to work, but if u want somthing straight forward to use the I surguest an ipod. unless ur buyin it for a gift for someone you dont like much. haha!

I got a problem with this thing. I dont know how to download music on it because it let me before and then it didnt let me so can you plz help me. But other wise its good as it has good features. The sound it clear and understandable. The pictures come clear. So i like it to tell the truth.

Got 3 of these for 3 kids for Christmas (Looking for cheap & cheerful). Have been messing around with them & pre-loading songs onto them (don't want to spend all Christmas day getting them sorted).

i bought this little dude for my grandson after reading the reviews and the buttons are a bit slow i believe you do get what you pay for but some
poeple buy a rowing boat and expect the qe2 they will never be happy this little mp3 is doing fine and is in good health even though its not an i pod touch some poeple should not write reviews it can put poeple off otherwise good products
