Rating:  - left its guts behind in my cigarette lighter
Its only when I saw a previous review that the transmitter was swallowed up or left bits behind in their cigarette lighter that I felt compelled to write a review. The exact same thing happened to me, in that I went to extract the transmitter from the lighter and half of it was stuck in the cigarette lighter hole (sorry don't remember the technical term for this) but i thought i must have a weird cigarette lighter and had to extract it using tweezers and kind of put me of using it. Wasn't really sure how many stars to give this one- once I set it up, it was really good- signal was fine and the sound was good. it was great to be able to listen to my ipod in my car- plus the design (the fact that it is on a stick, type of thing!) meant it was in a good position to skip songs etc.
But then it kind of came apart!! I saw that another review commented on the rubber bit on the cigarette lighter part and how it made it more secure- this is true, but I think this bit of the design somehow ... Read More

I 100% completely advise you to buy this product as I think it is brill and cannot fault it, it arrvied last week and I have had no problems as of yet.
I too read all of the previous reviews and agonised over whether I should buy it or not, comparing prices with other models, but decided to take a chance and see if it was good value for money and I am so glad I did.

I purchased this for my ipod nano 3g. Previously, I had purchased a Griffin Itrip - which was quickly returned to the store. This product pretty much does as it says on the tin and you are not breaking the bank to try it out. Had this in the car and working within seconds. FM Signal much stronger than the Itrip and added benefit of having a continuous charge. Note that, due to battery size of the nano, you will need something that charges as it transmits. I bought this item from Amazon a while ago and I cannot praise it highly enough. Crystal clear sound quality and the luxury of having your i-pod collection in the car instead of trying to change a CD when stuck at a red light !!
