Had to return Netac A200 to suppier twice - shuffle didn't work and unit froze (first return), shuffle worked only intermittently and ony 100 of 130 files loaded would appear/play (second return) - later found out from supplier that I needed to allocate sub folders to the Music file, not mentioned in Instruction book). Finally working reasonably, though still doesn't always shuffle properly despite setting this option in 'Set-up'. Instruction book is useless as is the website.

I purchased this media player as a christmas present for my father. It is simply an amazing piece of equipment for the price. It realy is a do all product. You can use it as an MP3 player to store and play hundereds of songs on its 1Gb memory or play video clips and display pictures. The size is so small you dont even know its in your pocket. The killer part is the FM transmitter.
