The docking station is very compact and folds flat easily. Since purchasing it I have brought it with me on holidays in order to enjoy my own ipod music. The speakers are surprising good for their size. Overall an impressive product.

Bought this in August 2007, mainly for use in holiday homes (Landmarks, gites,...). Sound was nothing special, but fine for our purposes (not-very-loud background music mainly). But after its third or fourth outing (and just over a year old), it started to sound horribly distorted even at very quiet volumes. Pressing the volume buttons makes an ugly buzzing noise. It sounds slightly better using the line-in socket rather than the iPod dock, but not much. Using battery power rather than mains ... Read More

Great speakers - great sound for the cost and size. Would highly recommend for what they cost - Excellent value for money. They look really neat. Cracking sound quality for such a compact item.
Rating: - Does what it says on the can
I travel often for work and have to stay in hotels overnight. For this purpose, I wanted some cheap speakers for my iPOD and these ones do the job well. When I was opening the packaging I was a bit wary if they will do a good job as the speakers seemed rather small , but the volume does go up and is quite decent for a room , and for personal listening or for music in the background while you are doing your DIY or reading a book.

Rating: - Neat product
I bought this to use with my 30g iPod having seen a friend's and having read various reviews. I did not want to go the expense of buying the iPod speakers made by Bose particularly since I listen to a lot of music on my PC which is hooked up to some JBL creatures.
The sould quality is very good but as you would expect for its size it would struggle to fill a moderate to large room with sound and would not be much good for parties.
