Rating: - Uncomplicated MP3 player
Bought this MP3 player for the Gym and Running - 3 months on I'm still using it for that purpose. Just looking to upgrade the vacant MMC slot to 1Gb so I can take it on holiday. Only gripe is that the earphones are a bit cheap and nasty.

Well worth the money. Excellent quality sound. Perfect for running with. Enough memory for marathon training. Very pleased with it.

The Forge plugs straight into your computer if you are running XP and it is recognised as a removeable drive so you just drag and drop files onto it. With the SD card in, you'll see two separate drives on your computer which are in effect, integrated on the player so you don't know whether the music is coming from the player's memory or the card. No difference.

I recently purchased the RIO Forge 512mb after many hours spent waying up the pro's and con's of the I-Pod. In the end my decision was made by the ability to run with the Forge and access to a Radio. (IPod being HDD is not recommended for high activity and does not have a radio - No Chris Moyles or Comedy Dave!)
