I've had this mp3 for over a year now and it's the best in my opinion it's only frozen 2 times but my bros creative zen has frozen way more times and this is a commen problem.
so if you want an mp3 player get the hdd060.

I've had this player for over 1 year and i cant count remember how many problems i have had. the headphones lasted for about 2 months, for a while it wouldn't turn on, philips (the manufacturer) were helpfull and sorted out the problem in about a week but ever since when i charge it the battery goes down in a few hours. this happens every now and again but is very annoying. the software is below average and recently if its not charging it will just turn off if its plugged into the computor.
