Rating:  - Make it go away, mummy
Worked okay for a while. I bought it when they were £90, and still bad quality for the price it is now. Tinny headphones. Died completely after not that long. Doesn't support drag and drop on Macs - it freezes. Too bulky for some USB ports. Buy an iPod Shuffle instead.
Rating: - Junk - don't waste your money
The first one I received just didn't work and I then received a replacement. Just over a year later, it stopped working. I contacted PikaOne who said "what do you expect? It's out of warranty." They won't make any allowance and the cost of new one from them is far more than any prices on Amazon.
Great cutsomer relations or what? Be warned - PikaOne products probably last 366 days ...

THIS LITTLE ONE IS GOOD, CHEAP AND EASY TO USE. HAD SOME TROUBLE TO START WITH BUT ONCE I GOT GOING IT'S FAB. I USE IT AT THE GYM AND IT IS IDEAL. IF YOU PREFER A DEEP BASS TO YOUR MUSIC YOU MAY WANT TO INVEST IN A DECENT SET OF HEADPHONES AS THE ONES SUPPLIED CAN BE A BIT TINNY, BUT FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN'T REALLY COMPLAIN. ALL IN ALL A GOOD BUY.

I bought "Pikaone 128MB USB Memory, MP3 Player and Voice Recorder" as a valentine's gift for my wife. My wife love it so much as it's is easy to use, user friendly user interface and superb design.
Pros:
MP3 file can be download to Pikaone in less than 5 seconds and can store up to 40+ files. Besides playing MP3 files, the voice recorder is quite handy. My wife use it as a reminder when she park her car, record important meeting, etc. Installation wise... easy.. just plug in the USB ... Read More
Rating:  - Promising start, disappointing finish
I purchased this item in late December 2003 and just over one year later, it has completely ceased to operate. At first I was quite pleased with it. The size is perfect, it can hold about two CDs worth of music (about 20-24 songs) and was simple to use. However, often songs would 'disappear' once transferred over. They would appear on the menu, but wouldn't play. I also found that while it would play files recorded in the Real Player format, Windows Media files would not play. Very frustrating when ...
