Rating:  - Poor sound!
I wasn't pleased with the sound produced from this set of headphones. I tried many different types of music with this headset from rock, R and B and Blues. The main failing with them was that they distorted very easy at low volumes.
The reason I'm giving the product 2 stars is that the headset were very comfortable to wear. I have now purchased the Sony G82LP with which I am very happy with.

Overall these are a good pair of headphones. Very comfortable, and they don't move around much when jogging etc. The lead is a good length at about 3 foot (that's a guess). Some other reviews said that there may be a problem for people who wear glasses. Well I do wear glasses, and the glasses don't get in the way at all - still nice and comfortable. Rating: - Great sounding but can be uncomfortable.
I bought these headphones a week ago and have used them every day since. I've used them when walking and they do a good (not brilliant) job of blocking out background noises. The sound quality they deliver is very good, way better than the headphones you'll get with most walkmen anyway.
The biggest problem I have found is that they can be very uncomfortable to wear...take them jogging and they hurt the back of my ears no matter what! It also takes time to put them on, because if they're on in the ... Read More

I bought these headphones from a Sony Centre today. They, as everyone else has said, are light & comfortable. The sound they produce is a full and crisp one. A good purchase, and a decent upgrade to the supplied earphones that came with my Sony D-EJ955.

I have just purchased these from a sony shop but would like to write a review for anyone online i think these headphones are great the bass sound in increadible any one who hate's in ear head phones should love these unless you wear glasses but hey nothing is purfect if you need new headphones buy these now they are really light and go great with a walkman, discman, Mp3 player or minidisc player they are a bit expensive but worth it
